A member of our staff will contact you with more information. Space is limited as we only commit to 10 players/families.

Player/Family Interviews
Our chance to get to know players and families prior to a year-long commitment.

Board Approval
Our staff evaluates each interest form and interview then approves those who we feel would be a good fit for our program.

Make Initial Payment
You will make a payment of $1,250 today.
When you click the link it is 4 payments of $1,250.

Complete On-Boarding Questionnaire
We will follow up with you via email with a follow-up questionnaire that you will have to fill out.

The last step is for a Guardian Group Advisor to call the player, family, and coaches.
